POP LOH!
Lazy bugs were just all over me, so thats why i didn't update my posts. Many would have seen my uber happy POP pics from my Facebook.
Anyway, I just POP-ed last Wednesday, 10 Dec, a damn significant date for me.
We're all so happy during the parade just as if we've already ORD-ed. LOL.
But I just have to mention that the 24KM route march was indeed a tough challenge for me, and probably most of them. This time, I wore double socks, but it was only able to drag the time for the blisters to form, not able to prevent it. At the 16-20KM, huge blisters was forming on both feets. It was really painful. While walking the last 4KM, I was that close to giving up. Others felt the same as well. Luckily, we endured and encouraged each other.
But during the march, it was fun as well. Pushing each other into the mud pools (not mud puddles) and trousers getting wet all the way till knee levels, and singing stupid songs like Pokemon and Spongebob Square Pants.
Crap done, and let the pictures talk. (Botak pics finally revealed!)
On a side note, whenever i book in, I love the BMT motivating banner with one soldier in No.4, looking in the eyes of one girl, that writes..
It's not what you leave behind. It's what you gain in the days ahead.

POP LOH!
Me and Mummy.
Sifen, Simon, Wilson, Liquan, Me and Wee Lye.
All the 2LTs. Thanks 2LT Sunny for not confining me! LOL!
2LT Ali. The person who talk lots of sense and inspired me the most.
Afterthoughts:
These 3 months in army has made me learnt and seen alot.
Who are the nice people, who are the fucked up ones.
Who revealed their true colours in worse times, who didn't.
Who really helped you out when in need, who just stood there with folded arms looking.
You'll just meet all kinds of people in there.
Fortunately, the final bunch of buddies I have are the good ones! Great to have known them and whole of Platoon 3 04/08! :D
PS: Last but not least, I really really really (can't emphasize any further) gotta thank Mum and Dad every week for like washing up my army clothes (other than the rest in the washing machine), etc. Especially my field camp week, with muddy clothing brought home.
THANKS FRIENDS & FAMILIES FOR ENCOURAGING ME ALL THESE WHILE! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! :D
