Ouchhh.

I've changed a new blogskin! But some amendments needed! Heh.

Gym-ed today. Feeling the ache ALL over. Surprisingly today, other than my gay partner, Felix, came Shaoqi and Kelvin! So shocking!

I've not been exercising for weeks already. We headed to the stadium beside for intervals, and i really buay tahan! Feeling exhausted for just 4 rounds.

We rested, then ran at a reduced pace, then did like how Mrs Edison trained us for PE during sec sch. 1 round, then do either push-ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, etc. We ran for just a few rounds, as we were really tired then.

Went back to the gym for more workouts. After, we went to KFC. The Fish Zinger is really delicious! Although a little spicy, but i like it! MUST TRY IT! Ohh, i met Lichuan there too.
