Every year during this period of time, the weather is very unpredictable. As a result, many start to fall sick because of this. I'm one of these people. It would be good if it doesn't rain yet being cool and breezy.
I just used a nose blackhead/pore cleansing strip. It would be super super super painful if you remove it slowlyyyyyyyy...
But if you tear if off within a sec, the feeling would be... SHIOK. Haha.

Yesterday the whole company (except Ariel that idiot), went to Fisherman's Wharf at Clarke Quay to celebrate Melvin and Weimin's birthday. Ex-interns Eugene and Darrel went there too. Like the name suggests, its a "fish-restaurant" and the dishes there are really delicious! I'm sure to bring my friends there!
Today's another errand day. Went to exchange some motherboard at AMK, and the ToastBox at AMK Hub is nice! Then i came back to office for lunch. Alot of colleagues ate together again.
And i finally finished Dianna's wedding photos slides!
Today's probably the busiest day of my whole SIP. Been doing this and that all day long, meddling with systems, answer phone, do warranty, blah blah.. A lil' not used to Eugene being not around.
Anyway, came the new intern from NYP, not to be at my department. She looks friendly but neither me nor Ariel started a conversation with her. You know me, i'm the shy type. :)
It's a special day because the WHOLE company sat together for lunch, including the web team and even the bosses. No space siaaaaa.
Caleen's got onto Bai Jia Le on Channel 8, thats pretty cool. And she immediately called to asked if i've seen. "Ya lah, ya lah, got chosen then now new house liao lah." And even Asmine joined in the fun, lol.
Tricia Koh's back to SG already....... 2 whole months never see her already, although i dont really miss her lah. Opps. :D
Just came back from gym not long ago with Felix. Kelvin joined us awhile later to get some PSP games from Felix. Wah lao, i got at least 1 month never go gym already sia. I long time also never see Adam already.
While we goin walking to the bus-stop, Felix was saying one of his friends also had braces. Kelvin said, "Wah lao, enough ah, braces again!" It was then i realised most of our gang either had braces on, or had bulging teeth! It was really funny siaa, and we were all laughin the way! We should simply form 1 BRACES GANG!
Ytd we ordered Mac delivery and ate at the office while waiting for Eugene to have his Vista presentation. His and alan's last day.
After that, i was supposed to meet the guys at Orchard area. But I was way too early, so i accompanied Ariel to Serangoon station first. She's off to his bf's house. Haha. Been so long since i've seen her smoked, and we were so freaking lame along the way. And she's so childish. :)
Then went to meet Kok Boon at a earlier time since i didnt want to wait for the other guys at a later time. We just walked Orchard, shopping around. Since our initial plan was to catch a movie, we went to get the tix at PS for all of us first. BUT THE QUEUE WAS FARKING LONG, ALL THE WAY UNTIL ARCADE DOOR SIAAA.
Weili, SQ, Alvin and Felix came at a later time to meet us for our movie, Enchanted.(we still queued at the end, sat 2nd row from the front.) Wah lao our head is damn ache one lor. I would say the storyline is very very very lame lah. The ending is unexpected leh. But the movie itself is rather funny i admit. 7/10 for this.
Back home, my mum was starting the korean movie, My Tutor Friend, and she lured me to watch with her lah. Haha. It was freaking funny siaaaa!

I dreamt about something sooooo stupid last night! It's about some friends' sleep-over gathering at my house, i could only recall Tricia and Beatrice. I think i remember they eat alot there, then duno why they fell asleep on my bed.
I wanted my bed back, but no matter how i wake them up, they were sleeping like dead logs. HAHA! And their sleeping positions are super super super unglam (ugly). I think i'm super frustrated (in my dream) lah.
I hope they don't see this lah, if not i sure die. HEEEEE. :)
Today was quite pissed off with someone, but probably i'm too blur and stupid to start with. Yeah. My fault, again.

Forget that, today i have really no work to do. I've spent almost the whole day doing Dianna's wedding stuff. To be exact, it's her wedding photos' powerpoint slides. She's got close to a 100 photos, and design factors has to be considered.
Together with Eugene, we did a small logo for the slides using PS. The design was so sweeeeet, this "project" made me wanna be in love! Haha, it's just, a thought, after all.
I've been listening into oldies from ard the sixties for the past few weeks. Not remix, but the original versions. Some favs includes songs from The Platters, The Righteous Brothers, The Mamas & the Papas, Bobby Vinton, Beatles, Eagles, and a lot more lah..
Time to revert back to rock/r&b until i update my oldies sixties playlist.

That day was supposed to be my 8km marathon race. But i alighted the bus stop too far away from the start point. Omg, i took 45 mins to walk 2.8km from ECP's McDonalds all the way to the hawker center at the skiing park. Lol, i'm soooooo warmed up lah. Then the 8km people ran off already. :(
In the end, i joined the 4km walkathon. Ariel and Eugene waited for me to run this. I'm so demoralized. All the elderlies and children walking slowly.......
I couldn't take it anymore, so i ran after so time, trying to blend into the 8km race people, so the officials don't know. Haha. Ariel got stopped by them! Maybe she don't look like someone that will run the 8km race. All of us were in green!
Someone ran 8km in 29.6 mins! WTFFFFF.
I went home, and took a 5 hours nap. Waking up to go for my baby cousin's 1st month buffet party. It was at Sennett Lane, it was near Sijie and Joy's house! But i didnt go visit them lah. Anyway, I was freaking hungry sia, and took quite alot of food. Lol.
When Alvin and family came, we sat down in a circle and begin talking about everything. There seem to have no generation gap! My mum and aunties started talking about each other's stupid deeds. All of us were laughing around! There's this boy and girl, and the women wanted to know if they were siblings or a couple! So kaypoh leh! :D
And my baby cousin is named Vernice. There's another 2 more girls in their family, Vanessa and Valerie. All V(s) sia, so cool. Btw, Vernice looked so fragile, i seriously didnt dare to carry her!
Okieee, it's a Friday! Today i felt so relaxed, and at ease in company. It seems that everything is going smoothly! All of us are joking around and talking abt anything!
Especially Rebecca, my lady boss, who is said to be very fierce but i dont think likewise, joked with us too! She even influenced us with her favourite yam bao, and took orders to buy it! All of us bought it!
And and and! I'm running a 8km marathon tomorrow lah! It's a kinda company event, so no need to report for work. It's a event for some charity organization. And I fail my 2.4km one lah, still wanna run that distance lor! Wish me best of luck! :)

Stupid day. Did data transfer on Pastor Guna's HDD that has been damaged. I really did many times, but it couldnt work. Had to wait for the long disk repair, and worked OT until 9PM lah. But no OT money. :( I wait for you, then you wait for me, all of us didnt leave.
Then we went to the temp market outside Outram MRT for Teochew Fish Porridge. Super niceeeee!

This is really a long long day. Firstly in the morning, i had to go MCS with Melvin & Weimin to configure MCS's systems. Lots of problems lah. I'm super busy configuring the systems, and the people there give me more problems to solve lah. Configuration took more than half a day, and the problem came. One system is without a printer port and had to go to Sim Lim to buy.
Melvin drove me there on his bike, and came back with it after buying. But we found out it was uncompatible after some time. -.- But we couldnt go back to Sim Lim as me and Melvin had to go to Agape Baptist Church for some RAM upgrades. It was hard finding that place, as it is located in some ulu ulu apartments (without signboard, damn.)
When we reached there, i returned Pastor Guna's stuff that i've left behind. Got nagged by Rebecca so much because of my carelessness lah. Anyway, this guy had some probs and Melvin stayed behind to assist him. I went over to the church office with another guy to upgrade the RAMS. Problem again sia!
One of the system cannot upgrade the RAM! There's some incompatibility issues. And this stupid manager guy kept looking at me! Yes i admit i did dropped the RAM, but he told my company supervisor i'm unprofessional and that i keep playing with RAM like some toy!!!
Was supposed to install 2GB RAM, but only 1.5GB worked. He not happy, and asked me for a detailed explanation lah, damn mafan lah him. Cannot means cannot what, still got what explanation siaaaaa! Atm, I wished i could... Haha no lah, im peace-loving. :)
Melvin sent me back home then. It was a busy road at Little India, traffic-jamming all the way, he overtook the cars from in between. At one point of time, while he's trying to cut into the left "in-between", another bike zoom-ed past us. Wah lao eh, nearly accident lah! He said he rubbed the person's front wheel, and he say his powerful bike is unhurt from accidents all these years! Haha!

Went on to meet Kelvin and gang for there job briefing at Suntec Exhibition Hall. I couldnt work because its on Sat & Sun, and i had to work on Sat.
And i thot of sharing some TK's gossips, and Kel that bastard suggested all of them to send TK a sms about it! And even sent at the same time! Luckily my phone batt was empty, if not he's gonna kill me! TK, I "sorry" you! :)

Went for a worship event at Holiday Inn Hotel. Dianna and Dewi, my colleagues, are singing as a choir there. They asked me few days ago, and i didnt feel like going as Sun's my resting day.
But Yu Jin the boss asked ytd, "Shawn, are you going tomorrow? I'm giving them a ride there". How could i reject the boss man! So i agreed lorrrrrr.
Today's performance was not bad lah. The band had nice songs that i like, but the lyrics are too holy already lah. Had to sing/clap with the church ppl standing, so tired lor. Haha. Oh, saw Dianna's daughter, she's so pretty like her mum. :)
After the event, Jin drove us to Wisma and ate lunch. Most of us ate the char kuay teow/hokkien mee from the long-queuing famous store, Thye Hong.
When all of them left, leaving only me and Eugene. We walked around, chatted, and then we went for pool at Lucky Plaza sinced he asked. THAT PLACE'S SO FULL OF FILIPINOS LAH! Anyway, its like ard 1-2 years since i've touched pool, but i think i trashed him totally. HAHAHAHA! I think in that 1 hour game, he win once only. HAHAHA!
Met Kel & gang supposedly for dinner. But they were still working when i reached there. I had to walk ard talking to the friends i know there. SW wanted to know a girl, asked Lix to ask her. She didnt wanted to give him, ended up giving it to Felix. HAHA!
He must be feeling so lucky and happy lah! It was more of a prank than a i-want-to-know-that-girl thing. They even wanted to sabo me for that Carl's Jr girl. Wah heng we sit far far away lah. Admire Lix's courage despite his first time, i dont even dare to do it lah. haha.
Wait. Speaking of fat from the previous post, i come to think of my sec sch friends, esp. Kelvin Goh. This comes the story. I used skinny, but chiong-ed tidbits/biscuits with my sis during my P5 hols. Remember i could eat 12 packs of biscuits a day (6 biscuits each). WOW?
Then during my lower secondary, my PE teacher, Mr Ong/Mrs Edison made us do circuits intensively like for every lessons to prepare for Napfa.

Okay, now you've seen the pics, you should had your laugh. Haha. At lower sec, because of all those trainings, i slimmed down by a little. At that time, i used to think im so good looking and so slim! Then when i advanced to upper sec, i knew Kelvin Goh, and friends.
He or the other ppl (Felix Chang) started saying im fat, and i really couldnt accept that. I hated him at that time!
I remember, and both of would always mention how i got angry with him for saying me fat during CME lesson. LOL! I thought it would go away sometime, instead he mentioned that im fat and ugly. (i'm laughing while typing this! heee)
Slowly as time goes by, i did some self-realisation and reflection about myself. "I'M REALLY FAT!"
Haha. But i got used to it already, and i dont really care. This matter really brought my confidence to the lowest level.
Although he sounded like a totally evil guy (yes he is!), but he's still one of my best friend that spoke the truth. It prevented me from becoming a Shawn that's over-confidence who thinks he's so good-looking with some supernice body shape. I seriously would thank him for this (in some way). :)

From now onwards, i'll try not to write about everyday's life as it's like so bo liao and it seems like not many people are reading this crappy blog. Ha.
Let's talk about yesterday, i was told by Joke & Rebecca to get a SCSI card from a IT firm at Joo Seng Road. Only me. Like i know where is Joo Seng Road lah!
With lots of help, i finally reached Aljunied MRT and didnt know how to continue. Took a cab instead. End up, that place is somewhere i pass by so many times since young. -.-
After collecting the stuff, i had to walk all the way out, and it's so warm! I was really sweaty like crazy! I think im still Fatty Lee. Haha. Ohh, then i went to have a haircut.
Went to Diocese of Singapore again, which is ard St Andrew's Village. St Andrew's Village is a super one-stop centre lah. Kindergarten, primary, secondary and JC are all there, just side by side! Only JC is a mixed sch, the rest are full boys schools.
Me, Eugene and Melvin was there configurating there email systems, at 9AM. Melvin has to teach us about the steps to proceed. Took a while to coach us, and then another long while for us to apply. Along the way, there's ALOT of stupid errors, and everthing's not going smoothly lah.
Then we went for lunch at their pri sch, the cups were freaking small lah! And their so-called chicken chop cost only $1.70 lah, and we have to put back the utensils. Haha. Long time never put back already. =p
After lunch, we'll back to work, and encountered another few sets of problems. While doing work, this staff call me ask for help, that one ask me for help, then still need to configure. Damn busy lor. Mel left for MCS, then came Joke.
There was lots of problems found when Joke checked the systems, and we have to retify the probs.
Time spent again.

Damn tired lah, work 9AM to 7.30PM lah. No OT somemore. :(
After work went to meet Lichuan and Adels for dinner. Ate Secret Recipe at PS, food was quite nice and we just slack ard there lah. A couple of pictures taken, posted it some time later lah.

Today i answered my first company phone call! My palms were sweaty, and I was so freaking nervous! I'm basically stuttering. Awwww.
I went Diocese of Singapore at Potong Pasir area with Weimin to do some server setting up stuffs. This is the first time i've touched on server-related stuffs, very interesting.
Few reasons why i like working at BIS:
- Jobscope. Troubleshooting and repairing of computer systems are sure of my interest, since young.
- People there are friendly. Very easy to get along.
- Knowledge. Having IT lessons everyday. My colleagues teaches me new stuffs everyday.
- Lunch time. The only time all of us (our dept) eat together and talk about anything.
- Work could actually be freaking slack at times, where i could actually doze off infront of the computer, or even when repairing some system. (Probably no more slacks when Eugene leaves..)
